The Academy App offers a convenient solution for managing your fitness journey. Available for download, this mobile application allows users to access class schedules, sign up for classes, and explore ongoing promotions. It also provides essential information about The Academy's location and contact details, along with links to social media pages. This app enhances the overall experience by allowing users to optimize their time and streamline the process of class registration.

Located in Downtown Sacramento, California, The Academy is a comprehensive performance-based center encompassing a spacious 10,000 square feet. The facility features an Olympic platform capable of accommodating up to 30 lifters and a versatile turf area that spans 5 yards wide and 50 yards long, ideal for sprint training. Equipped with industry-standard fitness tools, The Academy includes TRX/Rip Cord suspension training stations, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Onnit Sandbags, Mace Bars, Free Motion cable machines, agility ladders, cones, and hurdles.

The Academy specializes in personal training, group training, sports-specific training, and team training. Utilizing a blend of unique programming and traditional methods such as Olympic lifting and Powerlifting, our certified personal trainers are committed to assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals—be it muscle gain or fat loss—safely and effectively.

Strength and Conditioning classes are held five times daily from Monday to Friday, with additional conditioning sessions on Saturdays. The Strength classes occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and are designed to challenge individuals at all fitness levels while enhancing overall strength. Conditioning classes take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and incorporate a combination of bodyweight exercises and athletic movements.

Co-owners Bryan Francis and Bryan Washington bring nearly 30 years of collective experience in health and fitness to The Academy. Together with a dedicated team of certified trainers and coaches, they strive to cultivate champions through a commitment to strength training and conditioning for life and sport.
